Oxygen Sensor: $88
Knock Sensors: $150
Intake Boot: $19
PCV O-ring: $3
ICV Hose: $15
ICV Connector: $5
Idler Pulley: $32
Passing Emissions: PRICELESS

Actually, it kind of came at a great expense -- 2 saturdays, 3 sensor connections we forgot to plug back, 1 ground we forgot to tighten, and 1 vacuum hose that blew off during engine backfire. Yeah, maybe it's not so priceless afterall...

I had been getting a bad #2 knock sensor engine code every morning the past few months and I figured that was the cause of my failing the emissions tests in February. Pictured above is what bad knock sensors look like. The second knock sensor was missing alot of plastic and the first knock sensor wasn't far behind.
